IP / OOP is the actor's position relative to the last raiser — a BB 3-bet over an SB open is IP, the opener 4-betting an IP 3-bet is OOP, the BB cold 4-betting an SB 3-bet is IP. The same rule picks who may call. Opens have no raiser yet: blinds are OOP, everyone else IP. A call rule of only VPIP lets only players who already put chips in voluntarily call that level — the opener facing a 3-bet, a cold-caller facing a squeeze — and nobody cold-calls it.

4-betcall:
By a player already voluntarily in — the opener 4-betting a 3-bet.

Cold 4-betcall:
By a player with no voluntary chips in yet — CO opens, BU 3-bets, SB cold 4-bets. Its call rule gates who may flat a cold 4-bet.

Raise cap 6: the 6-bet is the last sized raise; beyond it only a shove is offered (when the SPR threshold allows). Change it under “raise cap (levels)” below.

Cold calls
A call is cold when the caller has no voluntary chips in and isn't closing the action — the SB flatting an RFI counts; the BB/straddle closing-defend doesn't. IP / OOP is relative to the raiser being called. All-in calls are never gated. A level whose call rule is “only VPIP” takes no cold calls at all.

Binary export follows the reverse-engineered MonkerSolver format (see FORMAT.md) — verify an import in Monker before bulk use. The JSON export is the canonical spec.
